We build each building from scratch to the size, shape, and specs you need so you are getting what you want for your job. We can add removable panels, roof access, cut outs for piping or equipment and even framework in the walls for mounting what ever you might need.

Details

  • Shelter walls are normally a 1 ½’’ thick foam core with an approximate R value of 10
  • Exterior of walls are sprayed with a chopped fiberglass and resin mixture approximately 3/16 of an inch thick
  • Interior walls are sprayed with a chopped fiberglass and resin mixture approximately 3/16 of an inch thick
  • The R value of the walls after the glass process of approximately 13
  • The resin used is an unsaturated polyester laminating resin
  • Exterior walls will be painted/coated to customer specs
  • Interior walls will be painted/coated to customer specs
  • Shelter will have a fiberglass flange incorporated to the inside or outside of the walls for mounting or securing to location
  • Shelter is fabricated completely out of the foam and then the glass/resin is applied to the walls eliminating any joints to be assembled and thus having a solid “one piece” construction
  • Roof will be same foam core with glass/resin applied to it in the same thickness as the walls inside and out
  • Shelters will have 2 steel lifting eyes bolted to reinforced areas of the roof for loading and unloading
  • Shelters to have customer specified entry and penetration points added during construction as well
